Welcome to TeachAnyClass.org. These terms set out how you can use our website and the resources we provide. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We’ve tried to keep these terms short, clear, and fair. The short version: use our resources freely for teaching, credit us where you can, don’t sell them, and be respectful.

About us

TeachAnyClass.org provides free teaching resources for educators around the world. We do not charge for access, run adverts, or require accounts. The site is maintained as a non-commercial educational project and funded through voluntary donations.

Using our content

Most content on TeachAnyClass.org is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means you can share, adapt, translate, and use our materials in your teaching — as long as you credit us, don’t use them commercially, and share any adaptations under the same licence.

For full details on what’s allowed and what isn’t, please see our Content Licence page.

If you’d like to use our materials in a way that isn’t covered by this licence — for example, in a commercial product — please get in touch. We’re generally happy to discuss it.

What we ask of you

When using TeachAnyClass.org, please:

  • Use the site and its content for lawful, educational purposes
  • Respect the rights of other users, contributors, and third parties
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the site
  • Not attempt to access areas of the site that aren’t meant for public use
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy the entire site
  • Not misrepresent our content as your own

Content accuracy

We work hard to ensure our resources are accurate, useful, and up to date. However:

  • We provide content “as is” without warranty of any kind
  • We can’t guarantee that every resource will suit every teaching context
  • Teachers using our materials should use their professional judgement about what’s appropriate for their learners
  • Information may become outdated; please let us know if you spot errors

Third-party links

Our site may link to external websites and resources. We include these because we think they may be useful, but we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

User contributions

If you send us suggestions, feedback, or corrections via our contact form, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve the site. Please don’t send us confidential information — treat anything you send as potentially public.

Our liability

TeachAnyClass.org is provided free of charge as an educational service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site
  • We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or secure
  • We’re not responsible for how third parties (including other users) use content they find on our site

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms. For significant changes, we’ll make the update more visible.

Changes to the site

We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time. We try to keep popular resources available and give notice of major changes where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, although nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where you live.
