Overview

Students pass questions around the class, building confidence in asking and answering.

  1. 1 Ask students to stand or sit in a circle so everyone can see each other clearly.
  2. 2 Explain that one student will ask a question, and the next student must answer and then ask a new question.
  3. 3 Model the activity with a simple example so students understand the flow.
  4. 4 Start the activity and encourage students to keep the pace steady without long pauses.
  5. 5 Remind students to listen carefully so they can respond correctly.
  6. 6 If a student is unsure, support them with a question starter.
  7. 7 Pause occasionally to highlight good examples of clear questions.
  8. 8 Finish with a short discussion about which questions were easy or difficult.
