Students describe an object from nature without naming it, while others guess.

  2. 2 Explain that they will describe it without saying its name.
  3. 3 Model a short example so students understand how to give clues.
  4. 4 Put students into small groups and begin the activity.
  5. 5 One student describes the object while others listen and guess.
  6. 6 Encourage clear and helpful descriptions.
  7. 7 After each round, choose a new student to describe.
  8. 8 Finish by discussing which descriptions were easiest to understand.
