More information

Name each animal clearly and show a picture if possible. Demonstrate the movement first — no explanation needed.

Children can choose which movements suit their body. Elephant walk is accessible for most.

Can children copy the movement pattern accurately? Are they using different muscle groups in each movement?

No resources needed. Works anywhere with floor space. Ideal for outdoor use.

Children may rush through movements without using full range of motion. Slow them down to build strength.

Animal movements develop core strength, upper body strength, and coordination in a fun, motivating context.
